Luiz Augusto Faria do Amaral
Co-Founder and CEO TRX Group, Mr. Amaral is responsible for the overall group strategy, capital markets, investor relations and governance. Mr. Amaral has 20 years of experience in real estate development, portfolio management and capital markets with over $1.5 billion of real estate investment experience. Mr. Amaral graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, and holds a Masters in Economics with a Real Estate Markets specialization, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

José Alves Neto
Co-Founder and C.O.O of TRX Group, Mr. Alves Neto is responsible for originations, planning and development, project management and asset management of the group’s Brazilian operations. Mr. Alves Neto has 20 years of experience in operations and management, with over 10-years of real estate investment and management experience that total more than 15 million square feet of development. Mr. Alves Neto graduated from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado with a Master of Science in Production Engineering and holds a Master in Economics from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais.

Scott F. Pryce
Founder and Managing Partner at TRX Industrial USA, Mr. Pryce is responsible for the firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing, and disposition strategy. Mr. Pryce is a seasoned real estate professional with 3 decades of management experience and 2 decades of managing real estate investments and assets that include industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use and office, with over $5 billion of transaction experience in many markets. He holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, a Master"s Degree in International Economics and Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Wesleyan University. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Fernando Fiuza de Souza
Founder and Managing Partner of TRX Residential, a subsidiary of TRX Investments. Mr. Fiuza de Souza is responsible for all aspects of the company’s residential investments and operations. Mr. Fiuza de Souza has over 13 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. Fernando has a degree in Business Administration from UNIP – Universidade Paulista and an M.B.A. in Finance from Insper in São Paulo. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.
